If you want to learn something,

Read about it.

If you want to understand something,

write about it.

If you want to master something,

teach it.

-Yogi Bhajan

“SING IT OUT LOUD!” gives kids an opportunity to write and teach other kids about their  Social-Emotional Learning through artwork and songwriting.

It is designed to teach the importance of using our gifts to help others.

One Song, One Book, One Trait

Each year, we’ll create 1 original song and 1 children’s book  which is directly aligned to 1 character trait.  We’ll use the lyrics from our original song as the text for our children’s book.

When everything is done

When it’s all said and done, we’ll have songs that can be sung in K-12 choirs and books that can be read in K-5 classrooms.
